1. Services

I offer coaching services aimed at personal development, health, wellness, and/or professional growth. My services may be delivered through one-on-one sessions, group sessions, workshops, online courses, or other formats as described on my website.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Participate Actively: Engage fully in the coaching process, complete any assignments or tasks, and communicate openly with me.

• Provide Accurate Information: Share accurate and truthful information regarding your health, goals, and other relevant details that may impact the coaching process.

• Respect Session Time: Arrive on time for your scheduled sessions. If you need to reschedule, please refer to my cancellation policy below.

3. Payment Terms

• Fees: The fees for my coaching services are outlined on my website. All fees are due in full before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Payment Methods: I will send you a link with my payment details you will use to complete the payment prior to the session(s), unless otherwise agreed.

• Late Payments: Failure to pay fees on time may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Client Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a session by providing at least [24] hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a charge for the session.

• Coach Cancellations: If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to arrange a new time.

• No-Show Policy: If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session fee will still apply.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. I will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or in situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

6. Health Disclaimer

My coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult with a healthcare provider before making any changes to your health or wellness routine. By engaging with my services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and well-being.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of my services. My total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching sessions, workshops, or courses, including but not limited to written content, videos, and audio recordings, are my intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without my explicit consent.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice. If you terminate services, any prepaid fees for unused sessions may be refunded at my discretion, subject to my cancellation policy. If I terminate services, I will provide a refund for any unused sessions.

10. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on my website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.  Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.
